Homeowner Notification - Timnath Parkway

Construction is accelerating with a lot happening over the next couple of months. The contractor is going to be starting the curb and road work from the railroad south. As there are residents that have access directly to the work area, we just wanted to make them aware of the coming work & ask that they be alert and stay back from the construction area. The construction will not be impacting the sidewalk.

The contractor has also received approval from Town Council to build the ultimate section along this area. This will add curb, complete the 2nd thru lane, and the turf and street trees between the curb and sidewalk (basically, no ‘interim’ condition with everything being completed).

They are still hoping to be able to have it open by the end of the year.
